JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection and has further stated that he would file a short affidavit opposing the admission of the petition.

(2.) The needful shall be done within one week with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three days thereafter with a copy in advance to the Counsel opposite, List the matter on 5th October, 2017.
