JUDGEMENT

(1.) In view of the orders passed in CP No.121/ND/2016, RT CP No.180/Chd/Hry/2017, under Section 74 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013, in which the directions have been issued to the company to make upto date payment by stipulated date i.e. 15.01.2018 and to further comply with the directions passed in the order dated 20.10.2016, this petition stands disposed of, as no further indulgence is required by this Tribunal at this stage. However, the depositors may have the liberty to file a fresh petition, if need be.
