JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor is present. No one is present from corporate debtor's side.

(2.) It appears that notice was issued on the corporate debtor u/s 70 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy, 2016 but till date no reply has been filed. Petitioner was directed to serve a copy of the order on the corporate debtor. Ld. Counsel of the petitioner informed that he has already served the order on the corporate debtor. He is directed to file affidavit of service within 7 days from today.

(3.) List the matter on 08/11/2017.
