JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsels for the petitioner and the respondent are present.

(2.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that in the Order dated 26/07/2017 there is a typographical error, i.e., instead of jharkhand High Court it has been typed as Calcutta High Court as the instant petition was transferred from the Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.

(3.) In view of the submissions of the petitioner's counsel, I hereby correct the order passed on 26/07/2017, i.e., instead of Calcutta High Court it should be Jharkhand High Court.
