Affidavit of service along with fresh certificate from the 'Financial Institution' and affidavit with regard to non receipt of any notice of dispute has been filed by the petitioner which be taken on record. Mr. Naveen Rikhi, Manager (Administration) of the company present in person on behalf of Corporate Debtor filed resolution of Board of Directors of the company authorising Shri Sohrab Amjad, Director and Shri Naveen Rikhi, Manager (Administration) severally to represent the Corporate Debtor before the Adjudicating Authority and to take necessary action in the progress of the case.
