ACQUISORY CONSULTING LLP Vs. BCC INFRASTRUCTURE (P) LTD

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner is present. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the notice of Petition along with the Tracking Report in relation to the postal receipt annexed evidencing dispatch of notice to the Corporate Debtor with an advance copy of the application.

(2.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is also directed to take one more notice of the application along with this order to the registered office address of the Corporate Debtor. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is also granted liberty to take notice through E-mail id as provided in the Company's Master Data of the Corporate Debtor maintained by MCA.

(3.) In addition, the Applicant is also directed to file the requisite Certificate from the Bankers as provided under Section 9(3) (c) of IBC, 2016 and the petitioner will also comply with other requisite compliances under IBC, 2016 and attendant rules framed thereunder.
