JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Company Application bearing No. CA.No. 179/252/ HDB/2017 is filed by Sri Vasishta Software Solutions Private Limited u/s 252(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking to direct Registrar of Companies (RoC) to restore the name of the Petitioner Company in the Register of Companies maintained by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
