In view of this submission, it is hereby made clear, that Bankers are bound to provide Certificate as envisaged u/s.9 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016, therefore, it is needless to give any independent direction directing the Bank to provide certificate as mentioned under section 9 of the Code.

(3.) Therefore, the Petitioner Counsel is hereby directed to produce the Bank Certificate as mentioned in clause (c) sub-section (3) of Section 9 of I&B Code within seven days hereof.
