JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the parties are present, and the petitioner is directed to file the order passed by the Ilon'ble High Court of Rajasthan in relation to the winding up petition filed by the petitioner dated 21.10.2016. Further the Learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor is directed to file the details of reference along with annexures of the proceedings in relation to the ifiiR matter by the next date of hearing.
