JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for petitioner present. Both the counsel submitted that the parties have arrived for a settlement. Counsel for respondent submitted that the petitioner is insisting for issuance of post-dated cheques as per the schedule of payment, as accepted.

(2.) For handing over the post-dated cheques, he sought two weeks' time stating that the parties are at Kerala and they have to make arrangements in this regard.

(3.) Counsel for petitioner prayed time for seeking instructions from his client. At request of both sides, time extended. Put up on 26.07.2017 at 10.30 A.M.
