JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for Insolvency Professional stated that power supply has been restored to the company M/s. Mahaan Protins Ltd. Kosi Kalan.

(2.) In pursuance of our order dated 12.09.2017 Sh. Daleep Dhyani, Advocate has put in person on behalf of Mr. Sudhir Kumar Verma, Managing Director of the Dakshinancal Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Agra and seeks two days' time to file proper affidavit of Mr. Sudhir Kumar Verma as to why there was discontinuation of power supply. It is complete violation of section 14(2) of the Code. The needful shall be done within seven days' time with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the Insolvency Professional.
