JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri Arvind Garg was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional by the Honbe Principal Bench on 18.7.2017 in the matter. Shri Arvind Garg submitted that he has made the public announcement in this regard on 25.7.2017 and convened meeting of creditors on 17.8.2017.

(2.) The committee of creditors appointed him as Resolution Professional on 17.8.2017.

(3.) The Resolution Professional submitted that the electricity connection of the premises of Debtor Company has been disconnected on 30.7.2017 on account of non-payment of power bills.
