(1.) None present for Petitioner. Petitioner deposited 3,25000/- by way .of Demand draft dated 28.11.2017 that is within three weeks from the date of order dated 10.11.2017. Therefore, petitioner complied with the order dated 10.11.2017. However, petitioner deposited the DD before Registry on 06.12.2017 instead of 04.12.2017.

(2.) Since the DD is obtained within time it is treated as compliance of the order dated 10.11.2017. Inform ROC accordingly.
