JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondent has put in his appearance through Mr. S. Saran, Advocate. He has pointed out that the foundation of the present petition is legally vitiated in as much as the notice under Section 8 has been sent by an Advocate.

(2.) In view of the same, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. Liberty granted. Dismissed as withdrawn.
