JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent are present.

(2.) It is on record that the petitioner has filed copy of Bank statement whereas Rules require certificate from Bank along with certified copy of the Bank statement. Petitioner is directed to comply with the provisions of Section 9(3) (c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(3.) Ld. Counsel for the respondent made a request that he may be given time to file reply. Reply may be filed within 7 days with a copy in advance to the petitioner.
