Notice to show cause for 6th September, 2017 to the Bank of India, A 1 11, Krishna Nagar Branch, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 be issued as to why the resolution proposal submitted by the Insolvency Resolution Professional (Annexure-10) be not accepted. The Interim Insolvency Resolution Professional is requested to remain present on the date of hearing.
