JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner is present. It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that order dated 05.12.2017 has been filed duly complied with an affidavit alongwith the statements of account to be produced thereunder has been filed as directed.

(2.) Learned Counsel for respondent represents that it was received only a day before and in the circumstances, seeks some time to respond to the said affidavit filed by the petitioner.

(3.) Taking into consideration the same, Corporate Debtor to file the reply affidavit, if any, within a period of three days. List on 19th January, 2018.
