(1.) Ca No.92/2017 has been filed in the pending CP No.238/2016 / RT CP No.26/Chd/CHD/2017. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, seeks time to file application in the prescribed format under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in respect of the Petitioner-Financial Creditor as the requisite application has not been filed. List the matter on 18.07.2017. Written communication in Form-2 of the proposed Interim Resolution Professional (Annexure A-2) has also been filed but that is not a complete communication. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that he would be filing fresh communication in the format which is being accepted by this Tribunal, along with the application in the prescribed Format. As per the notification dated 29.06.2017, the compliance is to be made latest by 15.07.2017.
