JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to supply the Pan number of the Company applicant 1 and 2 by filing affidavit to the Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department so that proper reply be filed. The needful shall be done within a week. Reply by the Income Tax Department may be filed within four weeks with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the Petitioner. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List for 13th February, 2018
