Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and represents that notice under Section 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as well as in relation to filing of this application has not been served on the Corporate Debtor and prays for some time to comply with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as mandated.

(2.) A week's time is granted to comply with all the provisions of IBC, 2016. Let the matter be posted on 10.08.2017.
