(1.) Learned Counsel for the parties are present. It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the respondent that winding up petition in S.B C. P. No. 8/2014 is pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jodhpur and in view of the references made in the matter of the matter Union Bank of India vs. Era Infrastructure Engineering Ltd. on a similar issue and as the same is posted on 22.09.2017 this may also be tagged along with the said reference. Taking into consideration the representation for the counsel for the Respondent in view of pending winding up petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, let the matter also be placed on 22nd September 2017 and the parties be allowed to make representation before the concerned Bench.
