JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the respondent states that reply shall now be filed within two days with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the petitioner. We accept the request. However, the acceptance of reply shall be subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/- as cost.

(2.) Rejoinder, if any, be filed within 5 days thereafter with a copy in advance to the Counsel opposite.
