JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms. Jyoti Sareen, Advocate for petitioner- Corporate Debtor. Mr. Yogender Pal Singhal, proposed Interim Resolution Professional.

(2.) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-corporate debtor, it is found that Column No. 1 of Part-III of the application Form No. 6, is incomplete, inasmuch as, the list does not contain the particulars of the dues of Government and employees who are also Operational Creditors.

(3.) Even under Col. No. 6 and 7 of Part-III of the application, the information given is incomplete as the word 'Not Applicable' has been mentioned instead of specifying the reasons.
