JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Present Company Petition bearing CP No. 303/241/HDB/2017 is filed by Mr. Chekuri Sekhar & Mrs. Chekuri Sujatha, under Section 241, R/w. Section 244 and Section 59 of the Companies Act, 2013, by interalia seeking the following:

(2.) Brief facts of the case, as mentioned in the application, are as follows:

(3.) The case is listed for hearing on admission on 24.11.2017. Since none appears for the petitioner, the case was directed to be posted under caption for dismissal on 01.12.2017. Today also, neither petitioner nor anybody appeared for the petitioner. Office objections has also not been complied with. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore we have no other option but except to dismiss the case for default.
