Virtusa Software Services Private Limited and two others, under Section 232 read with Section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 by seeking the following reliefs:

The Registered office of the 3rd Applicant/Transferee Company is situated at Survey No. 115/Part, Plot No. 10, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500008, Telangana, India.
