JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the parties are present. However, from the record it seen that Operation Creditor has not complied with provision of section 9(3) (b) & (c) .

(2.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to comply with thei said provisions of section 9(5) of Insolvency Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(3.) Weeks' time is granted to comply with the same. The Learned Counsel for the respondent is also granted time to file reply before the next date of hearing. Post the matter on 8th August 2017.
