JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents are present.

(2.) The IRP has filed an affidavit wherein it is mentioned that Comm.ttee of Creditors confirmed the appointment of the Interim Resolution Professional as a Resolution Professional in accordance w.th Rule 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(3.) Interim Resolution Professional has also filed a copy of the resolutions of the first meeting of the Committee of Creditors.
