(1.) Against the respondent company, Hon'ble the Supreme Court is seized of the matter and the petitioner/ Operational Creditor may file an appropriate application there, if so advised. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that permission be granted to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to file the same later. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as mentioned above.
