JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed two sets of the petition on 12.4.2017. The counsel for petitioner sought one week time to file compliance affidavit in terms of notification No. G.S. R 1119 (E) dated 7.12.2016 and affidavit of service under the relevant rule of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.

(2.) The counsel for petitioner is directed to file aforementioned documents within the time limit stipulated in the notification No. G.S.R 1119 (E) dated 7.12.2016, G.S.R 175 (E) dated 28.2.2017 and GSR 732 (E) dated 29.6.2017. List the matter on 20.07.2017.
