JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the counsel are present before the Bench. When the matter is taken up, Counsel for the Petitioner seeking permission for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that, the claim involved was very small amount and the petitioner cannot seek for appointment of IRP. Counsel for Respondents has no objection for withdrawal. Permission is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to initiate separate proceedings if any. Memo is recorded, Therefore, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
