JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner / liquidator present. It is represented by the voluntary liquidator, "fchat in view of the order of the Central Government dated 29.06.2017 issued in relation to voluntary liquidation, the matter may be allowed to be dealt with in accordance with the order. Taking into consideration the proviso to section S.O 2042(E) 2 of the said order, let the matter be dealt with accordingly. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this petition as requested and to file before the appropriate authority as specified in the said order dated 29.06.2017.
