JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at. A Demand Draft has been handed over to the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner which is being accepted in full and final settlement of their claim.

(2.) The Respondents also undertake to give Form-C to the Petitioners within one week from today.

(3.) Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
