JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner Company filed this Company Petition seeking the following relief:

(2.) The Petitioner company was incorporated on 10.08.2016, having ON: U31900PN2016FTC165930, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Eastern Wing, Nyati Unitree, Nagar Road, Yerwade, Pune-411006.

(3.) Petitioner Company submits that it is a subsidiary of M/s. Aristan Thermo International S.r.l., Italy a foreign body corporate, incorporated and registered in Italy. The petitioner submits that the holding company follows 1st January to 31st December of every year as its financial year. The Petitioner company presently follows 1st April to 31st March as its financial year.
