(1.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent are present I.A. No. 74/2016 has been filed by Shri Sudhir Kumar Mulji Shah for impleadment.

(2.) Ld. Counsel for the applicant has stated that in the light of the order dated 06/10/2016 of this Tribunal, he wants to withdraw this I.A. Prayer is allowed. I.A. No. 74/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.

(3.) Pleadings are complete. Both the parties are directed to file written submissions within 3 weeks with a copy in advance to the opposite parties. List it on 14/02/2018 for hearing.
