JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ca No.163/2017 has been filed by the petitioner for permission to withdraw the instant petition supported by the resolution of Board of Directors of the company dated 27.09.2017.

(2.) Having heard Mr. Ashwani Kumar Khanna, Company Secretary, the authorised representative of the petitioner-company, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action, if so advised.
