JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petition is incomplete as no statutory notice under Section 8 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been served on the respondent. Accordingly, the petition is liable to be dismissed at this stage by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one after complying with the mandatory provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
