JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India vide letter dated 08.12.2017 has recommended the name of Mr. Deepak Maini, Regn. No. (IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00676/2017-18/11149) as the Insolvency Resolution Professional.

(2.) We accept the aforesaid recommendation made by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and confirm the same. Accordingly, Mr. Deepak Maini is appointed as Resolution Professional.

(3.) A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Bench officer.
