(1.) The Petitioner is a "Financial Creditor", hence submitted Form No.1 on 01.08.2017 in respect of outstanding financial Debt of Rs. 1,39,76,30,566/-. The Financial Debtor is M/s. Parekh Aluminex Ltd.
