(1.) Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is present.

(2.) It is submitted that CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor in the matter of Vesuvius India Ltd. [(IB) 364 (ND) / 2017] on 15.11.2017.

(3.) In view of the same he seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the claim before the Ld. IRP.
