(2.) Ld. IRP, Shri Sandip Kumar Kejriwal has filed an application that he is resigning from the post of resolution professional on personal reason from 18/12/2017.

(3.) Let show cause notice be issued against the IRP as to why after accepting the work of resolution professional he is resigning, without prior permission of the adjudicating authority.
