JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Contempt Petition bearing CP No. 251/425/HDB/2017 in CP (IB) No. 53/9/HDB/2017 is filed by M/s. Macmet Engineers Limited against Mr. Praveen Kumar St 9 others, U/s. 425 of the Companies Act, 2013 and U/s 10 to 12 of the Contempt Courts Act, 1971, by inter-alia seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) Heard Mr. Narendar Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Ramesh, learned counsel for the respondent. When the case was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petition filed a memo dated 22.11.2017 by stating that the Respondent No.1 Company agreed to make the timely payment for the last equal monthly installment for the month of December in adherence to this Tribunal order dated 31.07.2017. Therefore the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the contempt petition.

(3.) In view of the above the Contempt Petition No. J251 /425/HDB/2017 in CP (IB) No. 53/9/HDB/2017 is dismissed.
