JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is present.

(2.) This petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and as per directions of the Hon'ble NCLAT notice is to be issued on the corporate debtor.

(3.) Therefore, Registry is directed to issue notice on the corporate debtor and handover the same to the petitioner.
