Cf No. 621/252(3) /NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 For the Company Petition has been filed under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 instead of filing under 252(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 against striking order passed by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) , at request of the Professional appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, this Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file afresh under appropriate section of law.
