JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above Company Petition came to be filed on 12.06.2017 under Second proviso to Section 14(l) (b) of the Companies Act, 2013 by the Applicant Company viz. M/s. National Polyplast (India) Limited for conversion of its status from Public Limited Company to Private Limited Company.

(2.) The Petitioner Company was incorporated on 16.04.1992 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The registered Office of the Company is at Thiru Complex, II Floor, 44, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008, having its CIN : U25209TN1992PLC022490.

(3.) The Authorised Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 15,00,00,000/- divided into 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 100/- each. The issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-divided into 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/-each.
