JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for petitioner called but was absent. No representation. Counsel for respondent present and stated that an IRP has already been appointed in a connected matter, TCP 4/IB/2017 wherein the respondent is the same. Copy of the order is filed and the same is perused. In the circumstances, having gone through the said order, the petitioner is directed to approach the IRP and submit the claims. With this direction the case is disposed of.
