JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for review of order dated 2.3.2017 which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Even otherwise under the Notification dated 29.6.2017, the petitioner has liberty to file a fresh one.

(2.) In view of the above, the application is dismissed.
