JUDGEMENT

(1.) A close scrutiny of the petition reveals a number of defects which we have discussed while examining the arguments advanced by the learned Senior Counsel. Accordingly, learned counsel requests for some time to examine the defects arid remove the same in accordance with law. Let the defects be removed before-the next date of hearing.
