JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted a week's time to incorporate various material information and dates. The petitioner has also failed to propose the name of any Interim Resolution Professional in column No. 3 of the application which is mandatory in a petition filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(2.) We defer the order for seven days as per proviso to Section 7 (5) of the Code. The needful shall be done within seven days. List for further consideration on 26.10.2017.
