Ma No. 512/2017 in CP No. 1105/1 &BP/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 For the Applicant has not given full particulars of the Directors of the Company, the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) is hereby directed to file an affidavit mentioning their names so as to enable this Bench to send notice to each of the Directors to explain as to why they are not providing cooperation to the IRP appointed by this Bench.
