(1.) Ma No. 380/2017 IN CP No. 723/1 &BP/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 The Counsel for the Petitioner is present.

(2.) On the Application moved by the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) stating that the Promoters of the Corporate Debtor are not cooperating with the IRP in providing records of the Company, Respondents 1-4 are hereby directed to cooperate and provide all the records, which are supposed to be provided to IRP, within one week hereof. Accordingly, MA 380/2017 in CP 723/2017 is hereby disposed of.
